VILLIV Archive Namsan

VILLIV Archive Namsan is located right in front of Chungmu-ro subway station, and is the first VILLIV project conducted within the four main gates of old Seoul. In accordance with the Central Urban Compact House concept, we prepared a private terrace and private rooftop to create an exclusive healing space for the residents within city limits. We also built 18 unit types to cater to consumers that enjoy a variety of lifestyles, and planned to make premium urban life come true by maximizing space utilization and the sense of openness by placing storage zones for effective movement inside the home and installing a deluxe hotel-style bathroom.
